Our team meticulously checks and documents all aspects of received products, ensuring accuracy and quality. Data management filters out items with issues, minimizing errors. Industry expert authenticators conduct a thorough appraisal, checking for accuracy, consistency, and authenticity. Legitimate products are prepared for delivery or storage. Counterfeit or used items result in sale cancellation and actions against sellers.

Novelship only sells authentic items in an unworn condition.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON NOVELSHIP?
On Novelship, you have two options for buying products: "Make Offer" and "Buy Now". With "Make Offer", you propose the highest price you're willing to pay, and the seller may accept or reject it. If accepted, you're committed to buy at that price. "Buy Now" allows you to immediately purchase an item at its lowest listed price, without waiting for seller approval, ensuring a quick and straightforward transaction.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 1 ITEM PER ORDER?
Each order is limited to 1 product because items are sourced from different sellers and processed in different warehouses based on the sellers location.
DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAXES AND DUTIES?
We ship to most destinations under a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the prices displayed on our site exclude all taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for these charges. For more information, please visit our Shipping Info page.
Sales Tax and VAT are determined based on the buyer's shipping address, not their billing address. These taxes will be applied to all purchases of taxable items in relevant jurisdictions, including current offers that are completed at a later date.
Tax rates may vary depending on the jurisdiction. For Sales Tax calculations, some states/countries may include shipping fees, while others may exclude them.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes, we do accept size exchanges under the condition that the product is unused, still has the Novelship QR sticker attached, and the box/packaging condition is the same as when it was delivered. Please refer to our policy here for more information.
You also have the option to sell the item on our platform if it no longer meets your needs.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
The ability to amend order details is only applicable for shipping addresses and available if your order has not yet reached the authentication stage. You may reach out to our support team. Please be aware that any changes to the shipping address must be within the same country as originally specified.
Regarding order cancellations, we understand that sometimes plans change, simply visit your confirmed purchases. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will see a "Cancel" button next to it.
Please note:
A fee will apply when canceling an order. This fee covers operational costs and re-inventory costs incurred during the fulfillment process.
The cancellation button is only available on the website and NOT available via the app. Kindly visit the website to cancel your order.
Once an order has reached the delivery stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
For a swift review, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you experience any issues with the product here. To expedite the resolution, kindly provide the following photos:
A clear photo of the Authentication tag attached to the product.
Photos of the size labels on both the left and right shoes.
A photo of the shoe box's size label.
A photo of the shipping box, showing the side with the Air Waybill (AWB) label.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Novelship operates a platform that connects buyers and sellers in a fair and secure environment. We prioritize maintaining buyer and seller commitments made in transactions, and encourage users to carefully review their order (including Product model, size and release year etc.) before making a purchase to avoid having to explore returns.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
A refund can only be processed if it aligns with our Refund Policy.
WHAT IS NOVELSHIP STORAGE?
Novelship Storage is a convenient service that allows you to securely store your purchased items until you're ready to receive them. This not only helps save space at home but also reduces shipping fees to $0 when you choose Novelship Storage as your shipping option at checkout.
Once your product is authenticated, it's transferred to Novelship's secure storage facilities. When you're ready to ship, simply request it from your Novelship Account dashboard. You'll need to pay for your chosen shipping option, and the fee will be calculated based on the destination country's currency and rate. Your item will then be on its way within a few days.
Storage fees apply and are deducted from your NS Pay Balance. If you decide to withdraw a stored item, you'll be responsible for both the shipping fee and any outstanding storage fees. You can easily check these fees by visiting your account dashboard and selecting the 'Storage' tab.
Please note that free shipping promo codes do not apply to products in storage. All transactions placed in Novelship Storage are final, and cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed. However, if you wish to sell your purchase, you can do so through the storage tab.

Yes, we do. The Novelship Loyalty Programme is our way of expressing gratitude to our valued users by offering them the opportunity to earn loyalty points, which can then be redeemed for discount codes on the Novelship Rewards Page. These discount codes can be used to obtain discounts on streetwear, sneakers, and even enjoy discounted shipping services.

To redeem your points, visit the Novelship Rewards Page and exchange your points for discount codes. Each discount code on the Rewards Page has specific point requirements and quotas. Ensure you have the minimum required points to successfully exchange them for the desired discount code.
Please be aware that promo codes cannot be stacked or combined with other promo codes. Each promo code can only be used once per transaction. If you have multiple promo codes, choose the one that offers the best discount for your specific purchase.
