Why would an item fail authentication?
We reject items that fail our "Deadstock" (brand-new) and 100% authenticity standards. Common reasons include:
- Authenticity Issues (materials or construction mismatch)
- Signs of Wear (dirt, odors, or signs of being "tried on")
- Order Discrepancies (wrong size, colorway, or stitching)
- Packaging Quality (severely damaged or incorrect boxes)
If an item fails, we stop the transaction to protect your purchase and assist with a replacement or refund.
