Why would an item fail authentication?

We reject items that fail our "Deadstock" (brand-new) and 100% authenticity standards. Common reasons include:


  1. Authenticity Issues (materials or construction mismatch)
  2. Signs of Wear (dirt, odors, or signs of being "tried on")
  3. Order Discrepancies (wrong size, colorway, or stitching)
  4. Packaging Quality (severely damaged or incorrect boxes)


If an item fails, we stop the transaction to protect your purchase and assist with a replacement or refund.
