Why was my sale automatically canceled?
Your sale was automatically canceled for one of these three reasons:
- The seller didn't ship on time. To ensure you receive your item quickly, sellers must ship within a specific timeframe (usually 2 business days). If they miss this deadline, we cancel the order.
- The item failed quality control. Every item is inspected. If it doesn't meet our "Deadstock" standards (e.g., has scuffs, glue stains, a damaged box), we give you the option to reject it. If you reject it, the sale is canceled. Note: In these cases, you may be charged a minimum penalty of 3% of the sale value plus return shipping fees.
- The item failed authentication. We rigorously check all items for authenticity. If an item is found to be not genuine, the sale is immediately canceled. This is to protect buyers from purchasing counterfeits. Note: Sellers providing non-authentic items will be charged a minimum penalty of 5% of the sale value plus return shipping fees, and repeated offenses will lead to a permanent account ban.
