Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for a size exchange or personal reasons. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection. If the return is due to an error by Novelship—such as a defective or incorrect item—we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping expenses in full.
