What should I do if I need more time to ship my item?

You have a standard 48-hour window to ship your item. If you need more time, you can request a 24-hour extension through the "Sale Details" page in your dashboard. Please note that extensions are granted based on the buyer's preference, so it’s best to ship as early as possible to ensure a smooth transaction.


If a buyer chooses not to accept an extension, the original shipping deadline remains in place. If you are unable to ship by that time, the sale may be automatically canceled to protect the buyer’s experience. To avoid this and potential penalty fees, we encourage sellers to have their items ready for dispatch before listing.
