What is the return policy?

To be eligible for return, requests must be made within 30 days after delivery date and items must remain in 'Deadstock' condition: unworn, in original packaging, and with the Novelship Authentication Tag still attached. For 'Change of Mind' or size-related returns, our team will calculate a specific refund amount based on your unique transaction for your approval. You are under no obligation to proceed if you disagree with this total. Once you agree with the amount then we will provide our warehouse address, and you can ship the item back to us at your expense, we will issue the agreed-upon refund following a successful quality inspection.




Please ensure that returns are only sent to the official warehouse address provided by our Customer Service team. Do not send items to any addresses found via search engines, third-party websites, or any unofficial sources, as we will not be responsible for items sent to incorrect locations. Novelship reserves the final decision on whether a return is allowable.
