What is the Payout Schedule?

You'll typically receive your payout 3-5 business days after Wednesday.

Here’s how our weekly payout schedule works:

Request Window: Submit your payout request between Monday and Sunday (Singapore time).
Processing Day: We process all payout requests every Wednesday. If Wednesday is a public holiday, we'll process payouts the next business day.
Bank Arrival: After we send the funds on Wednesday, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account. This depends on your bank's processing times.

Example: Request a payout on Thursday, September 14th? We'll process it the following Wednesday, September 20th.

If you don't see the funds in your account after 5 business days from the processing date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
