What if I receive incorrect or defect item?

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is essential to keep the Novelship Authentication Tag attached and the item in unworn condition. Provide clear photos required below:

  1. Novelship Authentication Tag attached to the shoe
  2. Images of the shoe's left and right size labels.
  3. Image of the shoe box size label.
  4. Image of the shipping delivery box (with the AWB facing side visible)


Once you report the issue, our team reviews the evidence against our internal authentication logs. We will then provide instructions for returning the item to us. After we verify the discrepancy at our facility, we will either ship the correct item to you or issue a full refund, covering all shipping costs involved.
