What happens if an item fails authentication?

If an item fails authentication (inauthentic, used, or damaged), we reject it immediately and stop payment to the seller. To protect your order, we first search our network for an identical replacement at no extra cost to you. If a high-quality replacement isn't found within three business days, we cancel the order and issue an automatic 100% refund.
