What can I do if my product has a minor defect?
If our team flags a minor defect—such as a factory glue stain, a small scuff, or a dented box—you can save the sale by choosing one of two options:
- Propose a Discount : Offer a lower price to the buyer via your seller dashboard. We will share photos of the defect with the buyer, who has 24 hours to accept or reject the new price. If they accept, the sale proceeds immediately. If they reject, we cancel the transaction as a Quality Control (QC) failure.
- Ship a Replacement : Send a flawless, identical pair to our authentication center. You must notify us and ship the replacement within 48 hours. You are responsible for all additional shipping costs.
