What are the requirements for setting up a bank account?

To get paid quickly and securely, here's what you need to know about setting up your payout bank account:

  • Country: Your bank account must be in the same country you ship from. We use local banking networks for efficient payouts.
  • Name: The name on your bank account must precisely match the name on your Novelship profile. This is for your security and helps us verify your identity.
  • Account Details: Enter your bank account number (savings or checking) carefully, without spaces or dashes. Do not enter your credit or debit card number. Use your actual bank account number.
If these details don't match, your payout will be delayed or rejected. Double-check everything before submitting! If you need to change your profile name to match your bank account, contact support before setting up your payout details.
