What are the different order statuses?

Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days. Timeline:


  1. Waiting for Seller/Shipped: Seller has 2 days to ship; transit to us takes 2–5 days.
  2. Arrived/Authenticating: Our authentication team will verify the item within 1–2 business days.
  3. Delivering/Delivered: Final delivery takes 1–5 days. International Shipping: Orders may require an additional 1–3 days due to customs and holidays. Follow updates via your provided courier link.


Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be extended due to factors such as customs clearance, public holiday, border restrictions, and delays from third-party logistics providers.
