Our customer support team is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM SGT, Monday through Friday, and we have now expanded our coverage to include weekends and public holidays. While you can reach out to us seven days a week, please expect a slight delay in response times during the weekend and public holidays as we operate with a limited team. You can submit your inquiries at any time, and we will continue to prioritize all requests in the order they are received to ensure you get the support you need.
