Under what circumstances will I receive a full refund?

You will receive a 100% refund, including shipping costs, if we are unable to fulfill your order. This includes situations where the seller fails to ship the item, the product fails our rigorous authentication process, or the item does not meet our high "Deadstock" quality standards and a suitable replacement cannot be secured.
