How do shipping fees work for sellers?

Novelship only deducts shipping fees from your payout if you use our prepaid shipping options. Here's the breakdown:

  • Prepaid Courier (Singapore): We deduct a shipping fee based on your item's size and weight directly from your payout. This lets you ship without paying upfront.
  • Self-Arranged Shipping: If you use your own courier, you pay them directly. Novelship won't deduct any shipping fees.
  • Self Drop-Off (Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong): Drop off your items at our processing centers and pay $0 in shipping fees. This maximizes your earnings.
