How do I get my item back after a failed sale?
If your sale fails due to authentication issues, quality control, or a rejected discount, we will ship your item back to you once all associated fees are settled.
- Fees and Payment : To receive your item, you must pay the return shipping fee plus any cancellation penalties. We automatically charge these costs to your registered payment card or deduct them from your NS Pay balance. Our team ships your item as soon as the payment clears.
- Deadlines and Disposal : You have 30 days to settle all outstanding fees. If an item remains unclaimed or the fees are unpaid after one month, we dispose of the product to maintain warehouse capacity.
- What is Included : We only return the product and its official brand packaging. Our authentication process requires us to discard non-essential items. Please remove all personal receipts, extra non-factory laces, or notes before shipping to us, as we cannot include these in the return shipment.
