Can my credit card details be completely removed?

For security and transactional integrity, credit card details cannot be completely wiped from our payment processor, Adyen. However, upon your request, Novelship can disable the ability to charge your card through our platform. This ensures that no further transactions can be initiated while complying with international financial record-keeping standards.
