Can I return an item if I have already worn it?

No. To protect the integrity of our marketplace, we only accept items in "Deadstock" or "Store-bought" condition. Once an item has been worn, it no longer meets our brand-new standards and is ineligible for return or exchange. This policy ensures every customer receives a pristine, untouched product.
