Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, you can exchange your purchase for a different size to get the best fit. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a size exchange by contacting our Customer Service. You are responsible for any price difference, a re-inventory fee, and all shipping costs (return and re-shipment) for exchange process. To qualify, your item must remain in "Deadstock" condition: unworn, in original packaging, and with the Novelship Authenticity Tag still attached. The item must be shipped back at your own expense. Once you ship the item back, our specialists will re-authenticate it to ensure quality standards before we send out your new size/product.
