# 為什麼商品會驗證失敗？

若商品未符合我們的「全新未使用（Deadstock）」與 100% 正品標準，就會被拒收。常見原因包括：
1. 真偽問題（材質或做工不符）
2. 使用痕跡（髒污、異味或試穿痕跡）
3. 訂單不符（尺寸、配色或縫線錯誤）
4. 包裝品質（鞋盒嚴重損壞或非原盒）
若商品未通過驗證，我們會中止交易，以保障您的購買權益，並協助安排替換或退款。
