Account or Card Deletion

To best utilize the site and the functions that include buying or selling, you will need to maintain an active payment card on your account. Upon deletion of your payment card or account, do note that that all active Offers/Lists will also be deactivated.

Note: Your payment details are stored by our PCI Compliant payment gateway Stripe, and not stored by Novelship directly. This is to maximize data security. We will remove the ability to charge your card via Novelship but we will not be able to completely remove your card details from Stripe.

1. Registered account email address.

2. Your registered full name

3. Your registered mobile number (if added).

Note: When a customer asks us to erase their information, some information has to be retained for legal and security reasons. This is in line with local data privacy laws, which do not require us to delete all information in its entirety. We also need to keep transaction records for tax and legal dispute purposes.
