Guide: Scheduling Pick Up with DHL

Steps:

2. Make sure to select the correct country for the shipment origin on the upper right corner of the screen.

Note: Failure to choose the correct country of origin will give you a pop up that you will need to pay the shipping fee upon pick up.

3. Do you need to create a shipping label? click "No" since we have already provided your AWB.

4. Click on the drop down and select “I have a DHL Waybill Number”.

5. Enter your Waybill Number, area code and your contact number.

6. Click next.

7. Enter your pick up address correctly.

8. Choose your pick up date and time.

9. Click “Schedule Pickup” and you will have an option to be notified via sms or email.

10. Confirm the appointment.
