At Novelship, upon shipment arrival, we will unpack and check the condition of the shoe as part of our Quality Check process. Below is the comprehensive guide on how to check if the item will pass or fail our quality check.

Note: The product quality guide provided doesn't mean that it can fully cover the details of the allowable or not allowable products during the checks. We can only give a range for the expectations that we are looking for when authenticating an item. Everything else will be case to case basis.
