Can you sell products that have Box Damage/Tear/Dents/?
At Novelship, upon shipment arrival, we will unpack and check the condition of the shoe box as part of our Quality Check process. The appraisal standard considers damages that occur as part of the retail process, and as a part of the subsequent logistics shipping process. It is inevitable that we encounter minor damages on the shoe box and it has been observed in many new genuine products.

The following images represent what would be considered products with damaged boxes that can be accepted or cannot be accepted during the quality check.
Note: The product quality guide provided doesn't mean that it can fully cover the details of the allowable or not allowable products during the checks. We can only give a range for the expectations that we are looking for when authenticating an item. Everything else will be case to case basis.
