Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.
We partner with DHL for all our cross border shipping for reliability and efficiency. Once a sale is made you will receive an email with your Shipping Label, Order Invoice & Custom Invoice.

Here’s how it works:
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on START SHIPPING button to go to the Sale Details page.
Alternatively, if your list is converted to a sale, this link can also be found in your ‘Your Sale is Confirmed’ email. Click on ‘Arrange your Shipment’ to access this page.
2. On the Sale Details page, sellers are able to see their shipment status e.g PENDING YOUR SHIPMENT. Seller able to download all the required Shipping Documents (Seller Paper, Airway Bill, and Invoice) under the STEP 1. DOWNLOAD SHIPPING DOCUMENTS section. Shipping Documents and Instructions will be sent to you via email.
3. After downloading all the required Shipping Documents, sellers can click the REQUEST PICKUP button under STEP 2 section. It will lead to DHL’s website.

To ensure buyers receive their products on time, we request that you ship your product to our processing center within the timeline chosen upon creation of the Shipping Label.
If your pickup is not arranged within 3 calendar days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 2 absolute days to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently on your possession before listing it on the platform.
Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs. Additionally, please ensure that the courier staff scan the parcel when you hand over to them. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the courier's failure to account for the parcel.
