Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.

Note: The Seller will ship out the sold Product(s) to Novelship fulfillment centre within 2 working days or 3 calendar days (notwithstanding state holidays), whichever timeline is earlier, upon Sale Confirmation.
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on the START SHIPPING button to go to the Sale Details page.
Alternatively, if your list is converted to a sale, this link can also be found in your ‘Your Sale is Confirmed’ email. Click on ‘Arrange your Shipment’ to access this page.
2. On the Sale Details page, sellers are able to see their shipment status e.g PENDING YOUR SHIPMENT. Click on SHIP OUT or DETAILS to proceed.
3. Click on the “CREATE SHIPPING LABEL” button.
4. Make sure to check your shipping address if it is correct before you proceed to the next step. This is to avoid delays with collection/pick up. You may click EDIT if there’s any corrections.
5. Select your preferred shipping method as seen below.

SELF DROP-OFF (Single Product)
- Select your preferred date of drop off from the calendar and click on “Submit”.
- Note: Kindly ensure to drop off the parcel on the selected date. Otherwise, your sale will be canceled automatically.
- Your Drop Off arrangement is confirmed. Click “View Details” for more information about the arrangement.
- Sellers are able to download this by clicking on ‘Seller Paper’. A copy of the Seller Paper that includes the shipping address is included and will also be sent to sellers via email.
- Download your shipping label and follow the instructions written.
- Select your preferred date of drop off from the calendar and click on “Submit”.

SELF DROP-OFF (Bulk)
- Products must arrive in Novelship within 2 working days.
- Print out your label and product list and bring it along with you.
- You can drop off up to 50 products in one bulk.
- All products must match the product list. Otherwise, we will not accept the product.

SHIP BY COURIER
- Select SHIP BY COURIER
- Click on SHIP BY COURIER, and follow the steps.
- Download and print the seller paper and follow the instructions.
- Make your own shipping arrangement via DHL or AUPost. You may also pack multiple sold products in 1 shipment following our Bulk Shipment- Shipping Guide. Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit. Novelship will not be held responsible for any damages or issues during the shipping process. Kindly contact your courier directly and coordinate with us promptly for any issues so that we can notify the buyer.
- Process your shipment to Novelship Australia office located at the address below:

- Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday - 10am to 4pm. (Excluding Public Holidays)
- Go back to your sales dashboard. Enter the tracking number and estimated arrival date.
- Important Reminder: Please do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details as it will result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
- Click on “View Details” to check the information about the arrangement.
- Ensure that the product arrived at our warehouse within 5 working days.
- Select SHIP BY COURIER
We require the sellers to ship the item and pay the shipping fee in advance using the fast and reliable courier. Our processing center is closed on weekends. All parcels shipped from the seller will be received during business days. Kindly inform your respective courier’s.
If your pickup is not arranged within 2 working days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping. Kindly ensure that the product will arrive at our warehouse within 6 days. Otherwise, your sale will be automatically canceled. You may refer to the reminder sent to you or you can check the notification from your account dashboard.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 48 hours to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently in your possession before listing it on the platform. Should you require more time to ship out or wanted to cancel your sale, please head over to your sales detail page to interact with a shipment decision form. Otherwise, you may reach out to our support team.
In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.

Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs. Additionally, please ensure that the courier staff scans the parcel when you hand it over to them. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the courier's failure to account for the parcel. Lastly, please enter the correct tracking details only, entering false information will result in account suspension.
