Loyalty Programme

The Novelship Loyalty Programme is our way of rewarding our loyal users by providing them a way to earn points that can be redeemed directly for discounts codes in the Novelship Rewards Page. 

How Loyalty Points Work:

1. Users earn loyalty points for completing buying actions on the platform. 
2. Points are then exchanged for discount codes on the Novelship Rewards Page. Discount codes include discounts on streetwear and sneakers, as well as discounted delivery.

All discounts codes on the Novelship Rewards Page have point requirements and quotas assigned; users will not be able to exchange for promo codes if they do not have the minimum points required to exchange. 

How To Acquire Points: 

Currently, you can earn Novelship Loyalty Points by: 

1. Purchasing Items

Every time you make a purchase through Novelship you will receive points based on the value of your purchase; after the application of any discounts or vouchers. 

The higher the value of the purchase paid, the more points you will receive.
