Buyer's Guide to Novelship (Make Offer)

To make an Offer, simply follow the 8 steps below.

Step 1.

Search for the product you want to make an offer for in the search box as indicated by the red box. Type in the name of your desired product and hit enter or click on the magnifying glass (search icon). You may also choose to click on Browse All or scroll down to see the Hot Releases.

Step 2.

After letting the search engine works its magic, you will be redirected to a page with the relevant products. Click on the product that you wish to purchase to be redirected to the Product Page.

Step 3.

On the Product Page, you will see the Product Details, Brand, Name, and SKU. At this point, you could click on the SELL/OFFER button and you will be directed to another page. 

Step 4.

You will then be redirected to the SELECT SIZE Page. You may now select the size of the product that you would like to Make an Offer for. After clicking on the size you desire, you may then click on the MAKE OFFER button at the bottom of the size list as per the red box below. In a nutshell, Offers are like bids and in this situation, you're bidding on the item you would like to buy. Sellers can then sell directly to your Offer at a later date.

Step 5.

After confirming, you will now be redirected to the MAKE AN OFFER page. On this page, you could then place your desired Offer Amount for the product and size. After which, you will be able to choose your desired Offer Duration between 7, 14, and 30 days. At the same time, you will be able to see the Highest Offer and the Lowest List for the particular size of the product as shown in the first red box in the first MAKE AN OFFER image.

If you have yet to log in, you will have to log in at this junction as indicated by the 2nd red box in the first MAKE AN OFFER image. Once logged in, you can then click on the REVIEW OFFER once you have had a chance to adjust your offer price, size selected, offer expiration days. Once this is done, you will then be redirected to the REVIEW OFFER Page

 Step 6.

On the REVIEW OFFER page, You can then review the Offer details. The Offer Price, Delivery Fee, Emergency Courier Surcharge Fee, Processing Fee, and the Total Price is shown in the first red box on the first REVIEW OFFER image. Upon each successful purchase, users are also rewarded loyalty points. You will be rewarded different amounts of Novelship loyalty points depending on the product price. In the middle of the page, you will be able to enter your active promo code and review your Offer expiration period as indicated by the red boxes respectively.

Once the Offer details are confirmed, you can then enter/confirm your Delivery and Payment details. For delivery, you may choose to either have it delivered to your address or keep it at Novelship Storage. Once that is confirmed, you can then select your payment method accordingly as indicated by the red boxes. After all the details on the REVIEW OFFER page are confirmed, you can then click on CONFIRM OFFER.

Step 7.

Once you have confirmed the Offer, you will then be greeted with a CONFIRM YOUR OFFER pop-up. The pop-up will show the final details for you to confirm. Once you have confirmed all the details again, you can click on the CONFIRM button so that your Offer will be live.

Note: User’s payment card is not billed for Offer Confirmation. Once the offer is accepted, you will then be charged automatically to the payment method that you have entered.

Step 8.

Congratulations! Your Offer is now live and a seller could choose to accept your Offer anytime. You can click on the VIEW MY OFFERS button to go to your Buying page.

You will also receive an email notification informing you about your successful offer created.
