Looking to save some space at home? Want to reduce your delivery fee to 0? We've got you covered with Novelship Storage. Simply select Storage as your delivery option at checkout and we’ll secure your product until you’re ready to receive it in the future.

How Novelship Storage works:

1. Choose Novelship Storage as your delivery address on the checkout page.
2. Your delivery fee is reduced to $0.
3. After successful product authentication, we will transfer it into our secure storage facilities. You can store your product indefinitely, free of charge.
4. When you're ready to receive your product, request to receive your product via your Novelship Account, under the Buying tab.
5. Pay for your preferred delivery option upon request and receive your item in a few days.

Things to take note of:

1. You may keep the item at Novelship Storage indefinitely. This service is completely free of charge until further notice.
2. The Novelship Storage is applicable for both Buy Now and Make Offer purchase.
3. Free Delivery promo code is not applicable for products in Storage.
4. If the delivery service to your location is disrupted after you have made a purchase, your authenticated item will be automatically transferred into the Novelship Storage, until delivery service is operational.
5. In the event of a full delivery service lockdown, you can only make purchases with Novelship Storage as your delivery option.
6. Do take note that once you have requested to receive your item from Novelship Storage, you will be automatically charged the requisite delivery fee. If we fail to make the charge on your payment method, we will hold the delivery until payment is made.
7. As with all transactions, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on orders that are placed in Novelship Storage regardless of the reason.
8. We only allow debit or credit card payments when requesting for delivery of your order from our storage.
9. Changing of delivery country will lead to a different delivery fee. The new delivery fee calculation will follow the new country currency and rate. Kindly contact our support team at support@novelship.com for assistance.

Can I change my address to Novelship Storage after I made my purchase?

Yes, definitely! Add on feature is made available for you. Follow the steps below.

Add on is only applicable for order statuses below.

• Order Confirmed

• Waiting for seller to ship

• Seller Shipped Out

Steps: 

1. Head over to your account dashboard under Buying > Confirmed Purchases or click "VIEW PURCHASE"

2. Click on "ADD ON".

3. Select "Store in Novelship Storage".

4. Click "CONFIRM".

5. Read the instruction and click "CONFIRM".

6. Once successful, you will see the details below.

7. Once your product is placed in our Storage, you will receive a notification. You may resell the product too by using our Sell From Storage option.

8. Delivery fee will be refunded via Promo Code when the product is sold from Storage. Otherwise we will keep the delivery fee until the product is delivered from storage.

9. Add on to storage is not applicable if you added Delivery Protection on your purchase.

Note: You can only choose 1 add on (Purchase Delivery Protection or Store in Novelship Storage). If any of the two has been added, you can no longer make another add on.
