Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.

Here’s how it works:
Note: The Seller will ship out the sold Product(s) to Novelship fulfillment centre within 2 working days or 3 calendar days (notwithstanding state holidays), whichever timeline is earlier, upon Sale Confirmation.
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on START SHIPPING button to go to the Sale Details page.
Alternatively, if your list is converted to a sale, this link can also be found in your ‘Your Sale is Confirmed’ email. Click on ‘Arrange your Shipment’ to access this page.
2. On the Sale Details page, sellers are able to see their shipment status e.g PENDING YOUR SHIPMENT. A shipping label will be automatically prepared for you. This can take up to a minute to generate. Sellers are able to download this by clicking on ‘Seller Paper’. A copy of the Shipping Documents are also sent to sellers via email.
3. Sellers will need to arrange their shipment themselves with DHL or your local courier option. You may also pack multiple sold products in 1 shipment following our Bulk Shipment- Shipping Guide. Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit.
4. Process your shipment to Novelship Indonesia office located at the address below:

5. Once shipping is arranged, please update your courier tracking number from your account dashboard.
Important Reminder: Please do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details as it will result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
To ensure buyers receive their products on time, we request that you ship your product to our processing center within the timeline chosen upon creation of the Shipping Label.
In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.

If your pickup is not arranged within 3 absolute days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 2 working days to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently on your possession before listing it on the platform.
Important Reminder:
Please take note that it is mandatory to provide the shipping label in your shipment as stated in our shipping guide above. This will help us speed up the process and avoid any confusion when processing your sale. Failure to do so may result to 5,000 IDR deduction from your payout, possible lost of parcel or cancellation of your sale.
