Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Seller Paper and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.

Here’s how it works:
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on START SHIPPING button to go to the Sale Details page.
Alternatively, if your list is converted to a sale, this link can also be found in your ‘Your Sale is Confirmed’ email. Click on ‘Arrange your Shipment’ to access this page.
2. Sellers are able to create their shipping label by clicking the CREATE SHIPPING LABEL button.
3. After the confirmation, Sellers can download the DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL by clicking the button shown above.
4. Sellers are able to select their Pick Up date from the options given to them.
5. Once you have checked the pick up details, click on CREATE PICKUP to confirm the arrangement.
Note: Sellers cannot arrange same day pick up.
Power Sellers may also pack multiple sold products in 1 shipment following our Bulk Shipment- Shipping Guide. Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit. See additional instructions below.
- Choose between Bulk Shipment with Courier Service or Bulk Shipment by Self Delivery.
- Double box is not necessary when doing self drop off.
- No Seller Paper will be provided for now. Kindly paste a printed paper on the shipping box that indicates your sale id for identification and faster processing.
- Make sure to provide the correct or valid tracking number per sale transaction. Failure to do so will result to rejection or account suspension.
- We will reject those extra parcels that are not originally included on the tracking # during the bulk shipping arrangement.

Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.
We partner with GDEX for all our local shipping for reliability and efficiency. Once a sale is made you will receive an email with your Shipping Label and Order Invoice.
To ensure buyers receive their products on time, we request that you ship your product to our processing center within the timeline chosen upon creation of the Shipping Label.
If your pickup is not arranged within 3 calendar days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 48 hours to ship out the product not including public holidays or weekend where pick up is not supported in some countries. Kindly make sure that the product is currently in your possession before listing it on the platform. Should you require more time to ship out or wanted to cancel your sale, please head over to your sales detail page to interact with a shipment decision form. Otherwise, you may reach out to our support team.
Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs.
