Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.

We now offer pick-up and drop off service for Singapore sellers.
Pick Up (NinjaVan)
- NinjaVan will come to pick the product up on the chosen time slot between 9am - 10pm following the appointed date.
- The sellers are able to choose flexibility for pick up on the first and second business day of label creation day.
- It allows freely for Sellers to make labels any day.

Drop Off (NinjaVan)
- Sellers choose a location to drop off their products provided by NinjaVan. You can click here to find a Ninja Point to drop off your parcels.
- Please make sure to have your parcel's barcode correctly scanned at the Ninja Point.

Bulk Shipment
- Choose between Bulk Shipment with Courier Service or Bulk Shipment by Self Drop - Off at Novelship.
- When user select 7 or more items in the dashboard to create bulk shipment, they will only be able to choose self drop-off at Novelship
- Make sure to provide the correct or valid tracking number per sale transaction. Failure to do so will result to rejection or account suspension.
- Applicable for Power Sellers only.

If you ship via Courier Service:

- Do not put more than 6 products in 1 shipping box to avoid damages.
- For large quantities, kindly ensure that the product is in the correct shipping box under the correct tracking number. Otherwise, your parcel will be rejected.
- Product list must be pasted on the shipping box.
- Individual seller paper is required inside the each shoe boxes.
- Extra parcels that are not originally included on the tracking # during the bulk shipping arrangement will be rejected.
- If you wanted to use a courier that does not provide a tracking details (e.g LALAMOVE or Grab Delivery, please use Self Drop-off at Novelship as the shipping method instead.
If you ship via Self Drop - Off at Novelship:

- Products must arrive in Novelship within 2 working days.
- You can drop off up to 50 products in one bulk.
- Print out your label and product list and bring it along with you.
- All product must match the product list. Otherwise, we will not accept the product.
Note: Your cooperation is highly appreciated for bulk shipment instruction provided above. This will minimize delays and possible lost parcel. In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.

To ensure buyers receive their products on time, we request that you ship your product to our processing center within the timeline chosen upon creation of the Shipping Label.
If the shipping label is not created within 3 absolute days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping. Note: If you wish to change your arrangement from drop off to pick up, additional shipping fee will be deducted from your payout.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 2 working days to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently in your possession before listing it on the platform.
Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs. Additionally, please ensure that the courier staff scan the parcel when you hand it over to them. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the courier's failure to account for the parcel.
Penalty will be incurred if the item is not shipped out within 2 business days.

What if Ninjavan fails to collect on Seller's chosen date and time? What is your alternative collection mode from Seller other than threatening to charge penalty to Seller?
