Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.

Note: The Seller will ship out the sold Product(s) to Novelship fulfillment centre within 2 working days or 3 calendar days (notwithstanding state holidays), whichever timeline is earlier, upon Sale Confirmation.
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on the CREATE SHIPPING LABEL button to go to the Sale Details page.
2. On the Sale Details page, sellers are able to see their shipment status e.g PENDING YOUR SHIPMENT. Click on “CREATE SHIPMENT AND SHIPPING LABEL”.
3. Make sure to check your shipping address if it is correct before you proceed to the next step. This is to avoid delays with collection/pick up. You may click EDIT if there’s any corrections.
4. Select your preferred shipping method as seen below.
DROP-OFF - This drop-off service gives you the flexibility to drop off your item at the Ninjavan selected drop-off stations in your own time.
- Click on “CREATE DROP OFF” and choose CONFIRM to continue.
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking the DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL. You may also click the VIEW DETAILS button.
- Please make sure to follow the instructions written on the Shipping Documents.
- Drop off the parcel to the Ninja Point you have chosen.
Note: The shipping box must be less than 80 cm and 4 kg. Otherwise, the drop off point will reject the parcel.
PICK UP - This pick-up service gives you the convenience to have your item collected by our friendly courier partners directly from your doorstep.
- Click on “CREATE PICK UP” to proceed.
- Select your preferred time and date and click on the “CREATE PICK UP” button.
- Double check the information and click the “CONFIRM” button to proceed.
- Download the Shipping Label by clicking the DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL. You may also click the VIEW DETAILS button.
- Please make sure to follow the instructions written on the Shipping Documents.
- Wait for the courier to collect your parcel. Should the courier fail to collect on the chosen date, please reach out to the courier directly using the contact details below and notify us at support@novelship.com

- Go back to the SALE DETAILS page to check your shipment details.
SELF- DROP OFF -This self drop-off service gives you the flexibility to drop off your item at the novelship office in your own time.
- Click on the “SELF DROP OFF AT NOVELSHIP” button to proceed.
- Click on the CONFIRM SHIP OUT button to proceed.
- Select your preferred date of drop off from the calendar and click on “Submit”.
Note: Kindly ensure to drop off the parcel on the selected date. Otherwise, your sale will be canceled automatically.
- The Confirmation Page will appear after you click SUBMIT. Click on VIEW DETAILS to proceed to the next step.
- On the SALE DETAILS page, click on the SELF DROP-OFF ID to view the Shipment Details.
- You can now download your SHIPPING DOCUMENTS by clicking on the DOWNLOAD SHIPPING DOCUMENT BUTTON. It will be sent to your registered email address as well.
- Please make sure to follow the instructions written on the Shipping Documents.
- Please ensure to drop off the product at the address stated below within 2 working days to avoid sale cancellation.

SHIP BY COURIER - This ship by courier service gives you the flexibility to arrange shipment yourself using any courier.
- Click on SHIP BY COURIER, and follow the steps.
- Download and print the seller paper and follow the instructions.
- Make your own shipping arrangement via the courier of your choice. Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit. Novelship will not be held responsible for any damages or issues during the shipping process. Kindly contact your courier directly and coordinate with us promptly for any issues so that we can notify the buyer.
- Process your shipment to Novelship Singapore office located at the address below:

- Go back to your sales dashboard. Select the Courier Service, enter the tracking number and estimated arrival date.
Important Reminder: Please do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details as it will result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
- You will be redirected to the SALE DETAILS page.
Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit. Our processing center is closed on weekends. All parcels shipped from the seller will be received during business days. Domestics couriers are aware of this and the status of your shipment will be put on hold during the weekend.
If your pickup is not arranged within 2 working days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 48 hours to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently in your possession before listing it on the platform. Should you require more time to ship out or want to cancel your sale, please head over to your sales detail page to interact with a shipment decision form. Otherwise, you may reach out to our support team.
In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.

Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs. Additionally, please ensure that the courier staff scan the parcel when you hand it over to them. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the courier's failure to account for the parcel. Lastly, please enter the correct tracking details only, entering of false information will result in account suspension.

What if Ninjavan fails to collect on Seller's chosen date and time? What is your alternative collection mode from Seller other than threatening to charge penalty to Seller?
