How do you guarantee items to be authentic?

Novelship engages and works with industry experts that specialize in spotting fakes. We also check for signs of wear and make sure it meets strict criteria. We take authentication very seriously, and it is our core duty to ensure users obtain only real and authentic sneakers/streetwear via our platform.

Documentation

Once a product arrives at our offices from sellers, every single detail from the exterior and interior box, to the exterior and interior of the shoe, is checked and documented. This will ensure accuracy and quality of the products you purchase.

Documentation of Size label and tags, ensuring correct SKU and box condition are some ways we assess for quality. We also document defects and common flaws that come with any purchase.

Data Management 

After the documentation process, your purchases are sorted for authentication.

To reduce errors such as wrong size or wrong products, we filter the products with issues using our internal tools.

Authentication

Our industry expert authenticators will pick out your order and do another round of short inspection for quality. Any defects and issues will be, again, documented.

Authenticators will dismantle your product and perform a full appraisal.

• Black light inspection

Pick and Pack

Upon appraisal, successful items will be sorted for delivery.

If you have selected Novelship Storage for your delivery option, your product will be stored in our Novelship warehouse.

Every step is designed to make sure products are legit and are also in brand new condition. If we determine a product is fake or used, we will refund the buyer, send the item back to the seller and if necessary, take action against the seller to remove them from Novelship.
