Please note that if the Novelship Authentication tag has been removed or it has been over 48 hours since the delivery of the order, the transaction is considered final. Provide us the photos below for further checking. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the investigation.

Our investigation will usually take 48 hours to complete. We will work with you to resolve the issue as fast as we can. However, in some cases it will take more time to verify your concern. Please make sure that the Novelship authentication tag is still attached to the product. Otherwise, the product will be ineligible for review.
