How can I submit a request for a product to be added to Novelship?

For products that you are not able find on the platform right now for selling, you may submit a product request so that we can make it available for you here.

What happens after my submission?

A notification will be sent to you regarding the product submission. The team will look into each request and will determine whether to add it to the platform.

How long before the product I requested is added to the Novelship website?

Our product team will review each request within 3 to 5 working days. Once the product is added, you will receive a notification via email. If the product is still not up on the platform after 5 working days, it would mean that the product request was rejected. It could be due to a multitude of reasons, and we seek your kind understanding.
