Suspended Account

Your account will be suspended if we deem your behavior to have contravened the integrity of the platform. This may include: 

• Failure to fulfil transactions (Failure to ship, Product Defective, Product Fake)
• Multiple use of profanity towards Novelship staff
• Defamation of Novelship, its affiliates or partners
• Duplicate/Multiple Accounts (To avoid suspension, please refrain from creating a second user account or multiple accounts, please request to remove any duplicate account by reaching out to customer support, and to cooperate with customer support upon request to remove duplicate account).
• Referral Fraud and Abuse
• Seller's entering false tracking number or incorrect tracking details when shipping the product to Novelship.

Note: All account suspension decisions are final.
