Shipping large quantities of products? Novelship now allow our sellers to ship their products in bulk via our website. We are currently working on this feature to make it available in our App too. Stay tuned!

Bulk Shipment with Courier Service

If you ship via Courier Service: 

• • Do not put more than 6 products in 1 shipping box to avoid damages. 
  • For large quantities, kindly ensure that the product is in the correct shipping box under the correct tracking number. Otherwise, your parcel will be rejected.
  • Product list must be pasted on the shipping box.
  • Individual seller paper is required inside each shoe boxes.
  • Extra parcels that are not originally included on the tracking # during the bulk shipping arrangement will be rejected.

Here's how: 

Note: The Seller will ship out the sold Product(s) to Novelship fulfillment centre within 2 working days or 3 calendar days (notwithstanding state holidays), whichever timeline is earlier, upon Sale Confirmation.

Step 1. Head over to Selling History > Confirmed Sales after your sales are confirmed.

Step 2: Tick the box for the products that you will ship in bulk and click on “CREATE BULK SHIPMENT”. You can create one bulk shipment for up to six products.

Step 3: Select Courier Service, enter the Tracking Number and click Submit.You can also scan the barcode to input the tracking number via Novelship Mobile App.

Step 4: Shipment details will be shown after you click Submit and your sale status will change to “Shipping to Novelship”.

What are the documents needed?

1. Seller Paper - must be placed inside the shoe box individually.

2. Product List - to be pasted on the shipping box.

Important Reminder: Please do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details as it will result in account suspension for seller misconduct. 

Once the parcel is scanned, your sale status will update. Any shipping fee previously reflected in your transaction will be waived and your payout will update accordingly.

Bulk Shipment by Self Drop - Off at Novelship

If you ship via Self Drop - Off: 

• • Products must arrive in Novelship within 2 working days.
  • Print out your label and product list and bring it along with you.
  • You can drop off up to 50 products in one bulk.
  • All product must match the product list. Otherwise, we will not accept the product.

Here's how: 

Step 1: Head over to Selling History > Confirmed Sales after your sales are confirmed.

Step 2: Tick the box for the products that you will ship in bulk and click on “CREATE BULK SHIPMENT”. You can create one bulk shipment for up to six products.

Step 3: Choose “Self drop-off” from the drop down and click on “SUBMIT”.

Step 4: Your Self Drop - off ID is now generated.

Reminder: Product must be handed over to Novelship within 2 working days. Failure to do so will result in sale cancellation.

Self drop off ID/QR code must be presented to Novelship Staff for identification of sale transactions. Once the parcel is scanned, your sale status will be updated. Any shipping fee previously reflected in your transaction will be waived and your payout will update accordingly.

Self Drop - Off - Details

Taiwan: 

• Drop off days: Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)
• Drop off timing: 10am - 5pm (kindly observe and follow the timing, we will not accept drop offs after 5pm)

Australia:

Self drop off is also available for single products. Kindly note that we only allow up to 6 product selections for bulk shipment and minimum of 2 products.

Singapore and Malaysia

Courier Bulk Shipment

If you ship via Courier Service: 

• • Do not put more than 6 products in 1 shipping box to avoid damages. 
  • For large quantities, kindly ensure that the product is in the correct shipping box under the correct tracking number. Otherwise, your parcel will be rejected.
  • Product list must be pasted on the shipping box.
  • Individual seller paper is required inside each shoe boxes.
  • Extra parcels that are not originally included on the tracking # during the bulk shipping arrangement will be rejected.
  • If you wanted to use a courier that does not provide a tracking details (e.g LALAMOVE or Grab Delivery, please use Self Drop-off at Novelship as the shipping method instead.

Here's how:

1. Head over to Selling History > Confirmed Sales after your sales are confirmed.

2. Tick the box for the products that you will ship in bulk and click on “CREATE BULK SHIPMENT”.

3. Select Courier Service, enter the Tracking Number and click Submit.

4. Shipment details will be shown after you click Submit and your sale status will change to “Shipping to Novelship”.

3. Choose “Self drop-off” from the drop down and click on “SUBMIT”.

4. Your Self Drop off ID is now generated.

Bulk Shipment is only available for Powers Sellers  for the above countries. Kindly note that we only allow up to 6 product selections for bulk shipment and minimum of 2 products.

Japan

Courier Bulk Shipment

If you ship via Courier Service:

  • For large quantities, kindly ensure that the product is in the correct shipping box under the correct tracking number. Otherwise, your parcel will be rejected.
  • Product list must be pasted on the shipping box.
  • Individual seller paper is required inside each shoe boxes.
  • Extra parcels that are not originally included on the tracking # during the bulk shipping arrangement will be rejected.

Japan:

• Hours of Operation: 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)

Our processing center is closed on weekends. All parcels shipped from the seller will be received during business days. Domestics couriers are aware of this and the status of your shipment will be put on hold during the weekend. Additionally, if you are using Japan Post, make sure to include "Morning delivery (午前中指定)" to avoid delays with delivery to our processing center.

Bulk Shipment is available for all sellers for the above country. Kindly note that we only allow up to 6 product selections for bulk shipment and minimum of 2 products.

Once the parcel is scanned, your sale status will update. We require the sellers to ship the item and pay the shipping fee in advance.

Novelship will not be accountable for any damages or lost parcels related to Courier Bulk Shipment. Sellers must contact their couriers directly.

In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.
