Novelship will be launching our brand new Power Seller Program which will go into effect from 26th August 2021 at 0:00 GMT+8.

Terms and Conditions:

• New Seller Program will begin on 26th August 2021 at 00:00 GMT +8
• Current Power Seller level will be determined by sales quantity or sales value based on the past 90 days (From 28th May 2021)
• Sales are counted as ‘successful’ once the Authentication check has been passed, any sale that fails an authentication or quality assurance check will not be eligible for the program.
• Sales quantity and value are calculated in a period of 90 days.
• Within this period of 90 days, Sellers’ levels will be upgraded immediately if sales quantity or value hits the next level.
• Decreased Seller fee will kick into effect immediately upon levelling up.
• Sellers will begin the next period of 90 days with the highest level they are eligible for, based on the past sales transactions in the past 90 days.
• Sellers may also experience a drop in Seller Levels to begin the next 90 days period, if sales within the past 90 days decrease.
• Upon advancing through the seller levels, Sellers will receive Bronze (Levels 1-6), Silver (Levels 7-11) , Gold (Levels 12-16) , Platinum (Levels 17-21) Tier benefits.
• Bronze Tier Benefits given are 2 x penalty fee waivers, and 360 Loyalty Points* per quarter.
• Silver Tier Benefits given are 6 x penalty fee waivers*, 1 x return shipment fee covered* and 645 Loyalty Points per quarter.
• Gold Tier Benefits given are 20 x penalty fee waivers*, 3x return shipment fee covered* and 930 Loyalty Points per quarter.
• Platinum Tier Benefits given are 50 x penalty fee waivers*, 6x return shipment fee covered* and 1245 Loyalty Points per quarter.
• *All waivers will be reset every 90 days, regardless of usage, based on your current tier. Penalty fee waivers and return shipping waivers cannot be redeemed if your item fails our authentication check and is deemed illegitimate or fake.
• Once your allocated waivers have been used, you will be responsible for all penalty fees and return shipping fees. Failure to comply will result in a temporary account suspension and potential platform ban for egregious offences.
• Loyalty Points given are able to be brought forward to next Tier and will not expire.
• Gold and Platinum Tier Sellers are also eligible for all payout requests expedited and the 1% payout fee waived.
• Gold and Platinum Tier Sellers have 72 hours to ship out your items, and additional Priority Account Management.
• When Seller advances from current Tier to the next because of a rise in levels within 90 days, next Tier benefits will only be granted when the next 90 day period begins.
• The Power Seller Program is opt-in, if you do not wish to join you can simply not accept the automated invite once received. By choosing to not enrol, you will revert back to your equivalent organic seller fee level according to the information here.
