Before shipping out the sale, we require you to double-box the product. Do print out the Order Invoice and place it in the sneaker box before packing the product. Once that is done, you can then paste the Shipping Label on the parcel for collection or drop off.
Do take note to keep the packing box within 85 CM (L+B+H) cumulative dimension. Usage of a bigger box may result in higher Shipping Fee. You may check our Product Quality - Packaging Requirement.

Note:The Seller will ship out the sold Product(s) to Novelship fulfillment centre within 2 working days or 3 calendar days (notwithstanding state holidays), whichever timeline is earlier, upon Sale Confirmation.
1. On the sale confirmation page, click on the START SHIPPING button to go to the Sale Details page.
Alternatively, if your list is converted to a sale, this link can also be found in your ‘Your Sale is Confirmed’ email. Click on ‘Arrange your Shipment’ to access this page. Otherwise, you can also click on the START SHIPPING button to proceed to the next step.
2. On the Sale Details page, sellers are able to see their shipment status e.g PENDING YOUR SHIPMENT. Click on SHIP OUT or DETAILS to proceed.
3. Click on the “CREATE SHIPMENT & SHIPPING LABEL” button.
4. Make your own shipping arrangement via the courier of your choice. Please remember to pack your products carefully to prevent damage during the transit. Novelship will not be held responsible for any damages or issues during the shipping process. Kindly contact your courier directly and coordinate with us promptly for any issues so that we can notify the buyer.
5. Download your shipping documents by clicking on the DOWNLOAD SELLER PAPER button. It will be sent to your registered email address as well. Please make sure to follow the instructions written on the Shipping Documents.
6. Make your own shipping arrangement using the courier of your choice.
7. Click on 'ENTER TRACKING NUMBER'.
8. Select the Courier Service, enter the tracking number and estimated arrival date and click SUBMIT to proceed.
Important Reminder: Please do not enter a false tracking number or incorrect tracking details as it will result in account suspension for seller misconduct.
9. You will be routed to SALE DETAILS page afterwards where can see your courier shipping information.
Your product will be shipped to our HongKong warehouse for processing.

Our processing center is closed on weekends. All parcels shipped from the seller will be received during business days. Domestics couriers are aware of this and the status of your shipment will be put on hold during the weekend.
If your pickup is not arranged within 2 working days, we will charge you a minimum of 15% of the transaction value as a penalty for the late shipping.
Do take note that the process above applies to newly released products as well. Sellers will only have 48 hours to ship out the product. Kindly make sure that the product is currently in your possession before listing it on the platform. Should you require more time to ship out or want to cancel your sale, please head over to your sales detail page to interact with a shipment decision form. Otherwise, you may reach out to our support team.
In some cases (not often) where you are unable to print the seller paper, you may write the details below in a piece of paper clearly. Expect delays with the processing since it will be done manually.

Reminder: To protect sellers in the event of any damage to the shipping box, we advise you to take photos of your shipping box before handing it over to the courier so that we can refer to the original condition of the shipping box when a dispute occurs. Additionally, please ensure that the courier staff scan the parcel when you hand it over to them. Novelship will not be liable for any lost parcels due to the courier's failure to account for the parcel. Lastly, please enter the correct tracking details only, entering of false information will result in account suspension.
