NOVELSHIP provides a variety of payment methods and we are happy to introduce "NS Pay Balance".
What is NS Pay Balance?
If you sell a product and it passes the authentication, it will be credited to your NS Pay Balance. You can use your NS Pay Credits to purchase a product as well aside from requesting for Payout.
You NS Pay Balance can be used for the following:
- Request for Payout via the methods here.
- Purchase a product at NOVELSHIP or via app (applicable for BuyNow only), and select "Use NS Pay Balance" to pay your purchase on the checkout page. A bonus awaits when you use your NS Pay Balance to complete your purchase.
There are ways to use your NS Pay Balance:
- When the balance amount is greater than the total payable amount, you can choose to use the NS Pay Balance to pay in full.
- When the balance amount is less than the total payable amount, you can choose to use the remaining NS Pay Balance to pay the portion amount.
Note: NS Pay Balance is only applicable for BUY NOW. You cannot switch to NS Pay Balance once other payment methods have been used on your purchase.

- Purchase amount of S$1 equivalent to local currency will enjoy 0.5% OFF with NS Pay Balance
- Purchase amount of S$500 equivalent to local currency will enjoy 1% OFF with NS Pay Balance
- Purchase amount of S$2000 equivalent to local currency will enjoy 1.5% OFF with NS Pay Balance
- Purchase amount of S$4000 equivalent to local currency will enjoy 2% OFF with NS Pay Balance
Note: The discount is automatically calculated upon check out based on the purchase amount.
How to check your NS Pay Balance usage history.
Go to My Account > Transactions in NS Payout (Payout Request) to view the history of transactions.
- When your NS Pay Balance has payment or withdrawal, it will be shown in black icon
- When your NS Pay Balance has sales credited or used and refunded, it will be in yellow icon
Note: We provide the date of use and the tracking number used for each record, you can click on each transaction history to view the details.
