# What steps are involved in the shipping process?

Our secure shipping process involves four key steps: 
1. The seller ships the item to a Novelship center
2. Our experts perform a physical and digital authentication
3. Once verified, we attach the Novelship Tag and securely package your item
4. We hand it to the courier for tracked delivery to your address.
