# What if my order is marked "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

First, check with neighbors or your building's management, as couriers sometimes leave packages in secure locations. If you still cannot find it, contact our Support Team within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier to verify the delivery GPS and signature, and assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
