# What happens if the seller does not ship my order?

If a seller fails to ship your item within the required timeframe, we immediately look for a replacement from our global network at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not available at the same price, we will issue you a full refund. We handle all coordination with the sellers so you can shop with total peace of mind.
