# What are the costs associated with an exchange?

Exchange costs depend on the item’s current market value. You are responsible for any price difference, a re-inventory fee, and all shipping costs (return and re-shipment). To qualify, items must be unworn with the Novelship QR tag; otherwise, the item will be returned to you at your expense. Contact Customer Service with your order details to check regional rates and start the process.
