# How do I handle issues with a scheduled pick-up? (For Singapore Seller)

If a courier misses a scheduled pickup, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking number to reschedule. Simultaneously, alert the Novelship Support Team so we can note the delay on your account and prevent any automatic late-shipping penalties from being triggered.
